Previously had them clean a couch a year or so ago and would have rated the experience 5/5. Just recently had reached out needing help with cat urine on a carpet, they wouldn't let me schedule them as I was told that it "wasn't worth their time" because the cat urine would make them have to bleach their equipment after. I even told them I don't need a guarantee this cleaning will prevent future issues with the cat, I just needed the carpet deep cleaned and I was willing to pay whatever they charged. Each employee was knowledgeable about the product and explained the process in great detail and answered questions very well. The carpets soiled by dog pee were treated and cleaned well. The furniture was cleaned well and spots were removed. I am very pleased and will be sure to use them again.
Incredible work from some very delightful and trustworthy individuals. The pictures speak for themselves. The process was very quick and thorough. Undoubtedly your best option in town for affordability and service.
