Jess is a great instructor! I took my first class with her today and it was great! Super good work out and she kept me moving. She kept me just challenged enough for my skill level but didn't expect more out of me than I was able to do - which I appreciate!
Food was terrible
It looks like the Parkinsons class will be a good fit for me.
