Worst Property Manager Apartments are in a convenient area on Mesa. However their Property Manager, Carmela, is the most difficult person to work with. Things do not get fixed on time. I have had a leak since I moved in. Every time I call her, she is bother and acts like I have never told her. She does not care about her tenants!! NOT A PERSONABLE PERSON! As soon as my lease is up, I'm out of there!!!
Mountaindale This apartment complex is everything you could ask for! It is one of the few complexes in El Paso that offers all utilities included in the rent amount, even electricity! The units are also spacious, plenty of room for the furniture you want. Not a lot of kitchen space, but it works. It's very quiet here, you can hear the crickets chirping.
Great Apts Me and my wife have been living here for about a year and it has been great. Rent price is perfect and neighborhood is good. Management is very professional, nice, and attentive towards their residents.
