Mountain Wood Care Jay just re-stained our home and it looks amazing. He uses a high-quality product and does an excellent job for a reasonable price. Jay is friendly and cares very much about customer service. He and his team arrive on time, they work hard and are very thorough.

Mountain Woodcare After seeing what beautiful job Jay had done on a neighbor's house, we arranged to have him clean and restain our shake shingle house. Jay arrived promptly every day, did his work extremely efficiently, kept the grounds clean (carefully working around all the landscaping), and completed the job on time and budget. We would definitely call him again.

I recommend Jay/ Mountain Woodcare Jay came and stained our fence while we were out of town and did a great job. Everything was in place and he did an outstanding, quality job. I will definitely call him again.

Jay & Mountain Woodcare We are so pleased with the work done by Mountain Woodcare (Jay). From beginning to end - they were clear, & professional. The job was big, but their time and talent turned back the hands of time. The house looks like it did 20 years ago - warm, glowing cedar. I know that we are the envy of the neighborhood, and am thrilled with the results. I smile every time I turn into the driveway and see our beautiful home.

Outstanding Do yourself a favor and hire Jay/Mountain Woodcare to get the job done right. No one else in the business guarantees their work for 5 years. We've known about Jay and his company for many years since more than half of the homes in our neighborhood have been stained by Mountain Woodcare. Several years ago we made the mistake of hiring another company to stain our home for less $$. Lesson learned: you get what you pay for. Use Mountain Woodcare! You Won't Be Sorry!! We hired Jay Nelson (Mountain Woodcare) in 2007 to completely strip our house and then stain it. He was expensive compared to others we got estimates from, but we were so impressed when he came to talk to us that we decided to take a chance. Believe me....you get what you pay for. Our house turned out gorgeous and remained looking great for 5 years.
