I had some issues with my new trailer. After some back-and-forth with the Mountain West team, they fixed the trailer and found a supplier for an unavailable accessory I had requested at the time of purchase. Outstanding customer care and follow through.
I visited Mountain West Trailers last week while I was in Heber City for the holiday. I was so surprised with the inside store facelift. They now have a new utility trailer parts department with a new employee to manage the parts counter. The sales counter is all new with a new waiting area to sit while the trailers are being prepped to be towed to their (your) new home. The carpet is all new, the display shelves for all the RV supplies is all new and well organized. I will for sure shop there again next time I visit Heber
