We charge a minimum of one month's rent, then after that, renters only pay for the days they occupy their units. History Established in 2003. We built our facility in 2003, and have owned it since. Meet the Business Owner Dwight C. Business Owner As an architect and structural engineer, I was excited to develop this project in beautiful Woodland Park.

Do not give these people your money!l I was appalled by the nastiness of LORI who apparently is a manager, and her complete lack of professionalism in a business setting! APPALLED! And the fact that she is trying to rob me with a multitude of ridiculous charges BEFORE a new month has even begun is WRONG!! Wrong wrong, wrong! I needed a unit last minute and got all the paperwork done same day online. Was simple to do and got my gate code right away. We only needed the unit temporarily for 30 days. When it came time to put in notice, the process was easy again. This place was perfect for my needs. Myself and my team were in and out of the facility almost everyday multiple times and I rarely ever saw others in there so the narrow rows were never a problem but does make sense why there is truck length restrictions. Love this place. It is very easy to manage from out of town. You things are secure inside a locked gate. I like the fact that our unit opens on both side's so easy access to the stuff in the back
Way to over price and the Aisles are too thin.
