Mountain West Roofing replaced my roof recently. They have done an awesome job. The whole process is very professional. Jeff, the president, came by to assess and answered our questions very patiently and explained every detail clearly. It relieved the stresses from choosing brands, products etc. The crew, led by Michael and Jordan, were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful all the time. I recently had my roof replaced by Mountain West Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jeff came by to assess the job and had a detailed quote to me within a day. He was easy to reach whenever I had questions and took the time to explain everything clearly, so there were no surprises. Too expensive. They may be suitable for larger projects (e.g., insurance-claim jobs), but not for small jobs. They asked for $350 just to diagnose a roof vent leak—no repair or replacement included.

My experience with Mountain West was top notch! The crew were polite, tidy, and hard working. The job was completed on time and the surroundings were left cleaner than before they started. I highly recommend MW to anyone wanting a quality job with superb customer service.
