My son loves the giant fish tank and the decorated rooms. I love that they know what they're doing
Jim was a friend of ours but when a member of his staff treated my son awful i told him right away and made follow up calls and he refused to talk to me. Before that I thought he was the best Dr out there and considered him and his family personal friends. But it was disappointing that he couldn't take a minute out of his day to just listen to why I was upset and the awful things his Dr on his staff said to my son.
