Had great service but sued me for my copays without trying to contact me or collect first this place is sue happy. Definitely lost my trust and is the reason will not go there again or recommend would of gave one star but the service there was good.
Dr Wilcox is the absolute BEST! He is quite literally the raddest doc around, not to mention knowledgeable, incredibly compassionate, empathetic, stellar in his field and beyond… I could go on forever but what you need to know is you will not find another ENT that will care and put his patient first the way Dr Wilcox and his staff have proven to, time and again. It's not my fault my doctor is out of the office and I need help with an infection post procedure. Too bad I guess unless I want to spend more money and take time off work to see a random other doctor.
I was treated like a number with here is some meds kinda attitude. Now I will say this is years after having nose surgery and spending 3k plus with them. I was told I would not be charged for new patient charge on this recent visit since my regular doctor could not see me for a few months so I said ok but just received the bill with of course a new patient charge.
