Doctor Wilcox is a great doctor. His staff and billing are another story. Paid my part, got a bill anyway stating I owed them still. This seems to be commonplace in the medical world..... pay a ton for insurance and either they screw up something or the doctors office will screw up something. Competence is not free in the world, you have to pay twice for it.
