Sarah Caple was absolutely amazing during the whole process I was there. She was absolutely thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking assessment testing. Her evaluation reports provided so much information and she communicated with me during the whole process. She definitely made this experience easy!
Two family members were brought here due to the need for an autism diagnosis. However this place failed both family members. Failed to notice the high masking ( forced eye contact), the oppositional defiance, eloping, low IQ, numerous times called unique/ different/ special by many others(this is even on paperwork that was shown). My daughter has been seeing Maria Gryparis for a little over a year. She has helped my daughter who struggles with depression and PTSD. She is very kind and knows how to talk to my twelve year old in way she feels relatable. She's been understanding when we need to reschedule and is just amazing. I highly recommend her!
This review is based on Tracy, and her customer service. I won't go into a lot of details, because everyone's situation is different. But Ms. Tracy has been an amazing representative.. im working on getting my youngest son his ASD, so I can get him into ABA therapy.. she was phenomenal.. and I had some follow up questions that might lead to another family member getting tested and hopefully diagnosed and Tracy was so kind and non judgemental..
