Mountian Vista apts are great,they are quiet charming,close to bike and walking trails,and stores, and have a superb view of the mountains.
Not a very safe place to live. My place was broken into. Hardly any security.
When I lived there, the management was horrible. Yes, maintenance was prompt in responding, but other than that, that place was horrible. I had things stolen off my property; my son's bike had his tires stolen off of it. The neighbors were a bunch of thieves and drug addicts. I had a drunk guy living next door to me. I hope things improved since I left.
