I have tried to contact Avenue 5 several times. Its impossible to get a response. I live in a complex that has declined to the point that safety is a concern. They no longer have security, and a drug dealer is open 24/7. The police are constantly on the property, theyre have been fights in the middle of the night and constant traffic. Management has failed to address them! Instead of spending their time on issues that matter and the safety of the tenants and their children, they waste it leaving notes on our doors telling us... read more

Very unprofessional management. Make promises and then don't deliver. Give you the run around because of horrible communication between the staff.

I havevl8ved here eleven years. Always paid my rent. I recently had an inspection and my apartment had no problems just all the amenities. I flunk my inspection because everyone else had multiple failures. And i had none. I flunk two times and is told to move out from housing. Its caused me anxiety it cost me alot ofobey because i was lied to by assistance manger. Who told me i would pass. I now owe over nine hundred. Very hard to deal with. Amount owed always changes. Do not return calls, messages etc.Accused of not giving notice of move out. I have a copy with their signature on the form.Did apartment inspection before I moved out. I took pictures of every room and garage, it was spotless, Accused of having a dog,Give and notice if I did not pay I would be forced out. After reviewing their records they found the check. It stuck to another check.Tried calling management to resolve issue, was told I would have to speak with billing depart... read more

Terrible experience. I moved out, did the walk through, and still have not gotten my refund. No return calls. ********************* is the Regional Manager, they tell me I have to speak with her, but I still have not heard from her. I will have to see legal options.

This was a horrible experience I applied for this apartment I gave them notice about my hearing that email is best for both of us. It took them 2weeks. No response in emails in timely manner only time they v will respond if I blow up the phone. Then the first excuse they gave me they have been to busy to aid me . That the person handling my paper work is gone. So I sat there giving it's getting handle this whole time. Then had to start over with 2 different people over the same excuse then mishandling and mis communications ... read more

NIGHTMARE! The person we dealt with had no idea how to listen and was incompetent. He would not listen long enough to even get the email correct thus we used another email account. The entire process was too long because he would send info to one email and then send other info to the 2nd email. Then they required an administrative fee of $390 non-refundable, $90 for the application fee and $300 deposit. We paid it. Then we had to go through more approvals of our credit and our dogs. Im regards to Avenue5s apartment complex The Veranda Highpoint: The senior manager at these apartments ******** Davis is the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. When I went to go pick up my keys me and a leasing agent went to look at the apartment and it was trashed. There was trash everywhere and the carpets needed replacing. This management company took over *********************** Apartments in ***************, ** (approximately 10/1/2021) as I was moving out 9/29/2021. The unit above **** (my unit) flooded. The above unit caused water damage from flooding in my unit (approximately end of July 20's weekend 2021). The unit was visited several times making minimal fixes to unit ****.
