About a week and a half ago we had property inspections, unsolicited, unwanted and uninvited into our home. It has to be done I get it. The maintenance guy wanted to install the A/C filter located right behind a very very heavy entertainment table along with a very big tv. So he asked me to do it. A 120-23 pound guy with absolutely no strength.😂 I refused and he insisted, I told him he could do it himself, or the tv would just not move. I've lived here almost 2yrs and i love it here... The office staff are nice and Awesome! The maintenance as well.. if i have an issue at my apt, they are able to fix the problem in a timely manner! Ive not had any problems with anything. Great neighborhood as well!
Literally the worst apartment in Albuquerque. Crime is high. The neighbors are constantly fighting and throwing party's all night. They smoke so much we have a constant smell in our apartment. My girlfriend has asthma which has gotten worse. My car has been broken into twice and the office staff are so useless it's not even funny. They refuse to do anything. I'm working with a lawyer to go at these idiots. Please, for your own sake, DO NOT LIVE HERE!
An excellent place to actually call home So peaceful and pets welcome.
