Millie is incredibly gifted as a healer. I went in for back pain and she intuitively knew my pelvis needed attention. She is such a rooted, wise energy.
By FAR, the most attentive, soothing and effective massage l have had in my life. I was in the worst shape, both physically and emotionally at the time of my first session and came away refreshed and feeling nurtured and calmed. She is the best. I just completed a 2000 mile drive from Flagstaff to Asheville for (probably) my last trip east and looked forward the whole way to another hour and a half with her.
Having moved from Durham and been going monthly to my ride or die therapist there for 6 years it's been hard finding a replacement here. Seems Asheville doesn't lack overpriced massage therapist but I haven't found someone I wanted to go back to until I met Millie. My husband booked her for a post partum massage and she helped him plan when post partum was best to schedule. Absolutely the best! I've been getting massages for years but never felt as good as I did coming out of this session.
I was referred to Millie for a prenatal massage after having one I wasn't thrilled with. I almost didn't get another massage while pregnant bc of the last one, but I'm so glad I did and found Millie! I was very comfortable, she listened to what I needed and it was the perfect combination of relaxing and working out the tightness.
