I have decided to renew my lease here as I feel like this is a great place to live. The complex is quiet and safe and there are not really any problems here that managment is not activly trying to fix. The staff are friendly and matinance has always responded quicly and proffesionally to anything that has come up. I currently reside at Mountain View. I have been repeatedly harassed by the managers who demand that I amend my agreement with them. When I declined, they accused me of criminal conduct in threatening a neighbor! Luckily I have video that refutes this as I am always very polite. They have now refused to apologize for their slander. I had to block their e-mail access to me to prevent further abuse. I have lived at Mountain View Villa Apartments for 14 years. The office and maintenance staff are helpful and friendly and the Apartment Life Coordinators Joe and Mackenna put together wonderful events. They put in a lot of work and effort for the residents.
This is a great community!! I love living here! The apartment life puts on the best events and makes it so nice! You get to know your neighbors and eat food and have fun activities!!! Come live here asap!!! Its worth it! 🫶
