They rent the units sight unseen they don’t clean them they are infested with roaches after 5 weeks of treatment i have them just as bad as before. Pulled out the fridge to find trash from the previous renter so no matter what they try to say and what song and dance about excuses i would suggest renting elsewhere....update 09/10/2026 the office staff just gets worse and worse and they don't care that they are giving bad service. Staff is great. Whether it's the maintenance staff. The office staff. And the coordinating staff that puts on a monthly social twice a month. People are super friendly here. It's a pet friendly as well. This particular site has amenities. You have pool hot tub. A small gym and laundry facility. And a pickleball court. You have a package area. I like it but it's very expensive. ⭐
HUGE speeding problem!! Residents, visitors, ON PROPERTY WORKERS, residents/visitors from the neighboring townhomes, and mail carrier drivers. Complaining and reporting (including contacting the property managers/owners) does no good whatsoever. I have seen several children almost been hit by drivers, and I have nearly been hit with my dogs (and other residents) by drivers, including the maintenance and office workers. I lived there for over a year and never once seen anything be done to help prevent this problem other than ... read more
