I needed 4 new tires and chose this location due the service bays were empty, service was prompt ,however as I found out later,the mechanic over torqued and rounded the wheel nuts. This was discovered later when I needed to change a tire and was not able to turn lugnuts off .factory torque spec is 100 ft pounds. I hand to use a breaker bar plus a cheater bar to break free nuts Theses guys do this everyday, and haven't figured out how properly put a wheel on. I felt like I got a bait and switch, I went on the website and entered my tire information and the location i would go to, it showed tires available but when I got there the price was higher

Service associates are very polite and helpful. Mike is a good listener and always explains the needed repairs.

Once again, very satisfied with Mountain View Tire, on Devonshire in Granada Hills CA. CJ helped me navigate a maintenance service appointment. He did not try to sell me more than needed. He was able to see what I had already done towards this service, saving me hundreds of dollars. They always go the extra mile and fixed a little hanging bulb that had come undone. Loyal fan and customer for 8 years. Started with my tires, and now it's all my car services.
