the nurses there in the NICU for the baby's are amazing! my daughter had a rough first day, they were there for her, and so nice! I left the hospital on the 7th with my baby girl, i opened a box with her hat she wore and socks. i just now opened it and seen a little book thwy made with the nurses that wrote to her! they said such amazing things! i want them to be noticed for it there's nurse Mindy, CNA Jessica and nurse Sharla. They are amazing nurses, thank u all so much.
Most of the staff was amazing but we had one awful nurse that removed a iv and left it on the table when the sharps bin was rite behind her then when she took temperatures of my fiance and baby she just left the protective single use covers on the table and floor instead of throwing them away when the garbage can was rite behind her. When we asked for a different nurse we where told that was fine and that we would get a different nurse they sent the same nurse back.
Loved the hospital loved my surgeon had a lot of surgerys here . Yesturday I went in as I went into post op to get ready for surgery the nurse was ok but I waited for an hour and 30 mins because my surgeon was running behind. She never came and checked on me and told me what was going on. I had to have my husband ask someone else's. After surgery the other nurse that was taking care of me was amazing.
I cannot recommend Mtn. View enough. Primarily the labor and delivery department. From the moment we arrived to when we left we were treated amazingly. The nurses were so kind and made sure they answered all of our questions. They were encouraging! Special thanks to Melissa, Hillary, Madelyn, and Lisa R! They made sure not only my baby but I was taken care of as well. There was a fridge for food for my husband, the catering food was absolutely amazing, and the facility was so clean and comforting. Mountain View Wound Care and Hyperbarics**** From the first visit, my experience was so great! Every single person was so amazingly kind and compassionate. It was a scary time and they took every bit of fear out of it. I looked forward to going everyday! I just cannot say enough great things about all of the doctors, PA's, nurses, CNA's, CMA's and office staff. They are rockstars!
