My husband and I had our son there on august 3rd and it was the best experience ever. Our nurse Hilary was the best nurse hands down. I wish she could be my nurse for everything. She has that caring genuine feeling about her. The bed for my husband was the best since hes 6ft tall. The jetted tub was nice and food was top notch. The only thing that needs work on is when we call to order our food there was something that was always missed and they always seemed like they were distracted when we ordered. other than that it coul... read more

If givin the choice, Do Not Use Mountain View Hospital for anything. I am scheduled for a 2 hour surgery there in two days. Today, while at work, elbow deep working on a machine, I received a telephone call from them. They stated that they have changed their policy and will allow no visiors in the hospital. I advised them, that I would not have visitors, as this was a same day procedure. Only my wife would be accompanying me, as I can not drive after my surgery. They said she was not allowed. Now, a two hour surgery is usual... read more

If you want to be treated like an inconvenience, this is the ER for you. This was my first and only visit to this ER. The women at the front desk should have been enough to make me turn around and go to ERMC. She was rude and kinda snotty. It didn't get any better after my name was called. The nurse was short and didn't care why I was there. I tried to explain something I was experiencing and she looked at me like it wasn't her concern and why was I telling her. The Dr. was very kind and there was one nurse that was human an... read more

(Staff is fine) MVH is becoming quite famous for not giving itemized billings and overcharging. Several people in my family alone have had this happen. For instance, had a walk in doc visit, no insurance, no laboratory work or xrays, nothing extra except talking to doc … Paid in Cash the $115 as stated at checkin and paid prior to seeing the doctor… a few weeks later received a bill for $85 .. thinking it was an error I called billing .. was told … "It looks like the doctor wrote a prescription" … yesssss isn't that part of ... read more

Cutting employee benefits while other companies, including hospitals increase benefits during this corona virus pandemic simply makes no sense, the CEO James Adamson said that "our community" is "facing unprecedented challenges" so to help the few surgeon owners and the investors with their bottom line he nails the employees? Who would have ever thought that when in a pandemic a CEO would cut employees benefits? This is what is unprecedented. Low blow. This does not encourage health care personnel to work harder. Leaders sho... read more

They have no respect for their employees. Right now, in the middle of the coronavirus situation, they forbid employees to take more than 4 hours off, cut the amount of PTO they earn by 50%, and if an employee wants to cash out PTO because they need extra money during this time, they are only paid for 50% of it. They were told this is to "protect" them. The only thing Mountain View cares about protecting is its own wallet.

Loved the hospital loved my surgeon had a lot of surgerys here . Yesturday I went in as I went into post op to get ready for surgery the nurse was ok but I waited for an hour and 30 mins because my surgeon was running behind. She never came and checked on me and told me what was going on. I had to have my husband ask someone else's. After surgery the other nurse that was taking care of me was amazing.
