Horrible. Our condo complex hired this company for snow removal. They often didn’t clear the snow from our walk way and did a very lazy job of clearing the snow from the driveway. Often would have to wait days for them to gravel the driveway. Ice build up so thick my wife’s car with snow tires has been stuck 3 times in the driveway. I’ve slipped on this ice 5 times this season as they wait so long to gravel. They didn’t plow or shovel a single car car length in front of our garage door until I complained directly.
