I have been a patient at this office for the past three years and, because I do not have dental insurance, I have paid out of pocket for every visit. At each appointment, I made it clear that I wanted to pay my balance in full before leaving to avoid any unexpected charges in the future. Unfortunately, I recently received an email informing me that I now have an outstanding balance due to a failure in their computer system. We love the team at Mountain View Pediatrics. We've been going there since my son was 2 and he looks forward to it. Dr Edee is so great with him, as is the rest of the team. I imagine we'll be with them for a long time.

We’ve come to Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry since 2017 and absolutely love the experience we’ve had! Dr. Kimball is so fun with my kids and makes what used to be scary very calm and fun easy. They always explain treatment plans thoroughly and are very clear about what to expect. Maddie assisted Dr. Kimball this last go around for a cavity filling. She was a great conversationalist and supported my son’s decision to not do laughing gas, which to me is also important (consent based care). My kids absolutely love coming to ... read more
