Went to see DR. Glass. Was treated like I was more of an inconvenience than a patient. She was very rude, disrespectful and condescending right off the bat. I tried to discuss a few issues that were bothering me but she didn’t have the time and rushed me out of the office as quickly as she possibly could. One of the things I was reprimanded for was a prescription was filled for 30 days and the soonest I could be seen by a dr was 33 days out. Mountain View Pain Center and their Staff has been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful during my care and treatment. I’ve always felt welcomed and cared for during my time. Destiny is absolutely wonderful at the front desk! From the moment you walk into the office, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
