Horrible, rude, and complete lack of care by the front desk staff. STAY AWAY. I was told on the telephone upon setting the appointment that I would receive an email and to fill out its contents before coming to the appointment, which I did. Upon arrival I was smugly informed that I would not be seen because I hadn’t filled out a separate packet of information via a link in a text message. I have finally had the chance to finally review.. after being so busy, but this Location and the whole facility as whole Mountian View Pain Center, over the last 9 months, I've received recovery help through The Front Desk, Physical Therpay / Pain Treatment and Lastly Chiropractic Treatment, for the recovery of me overcoming challenges to get better ever since a terrible Car Accident that I have had. Went to see DR. Glass. Was treated like I was more of an inconvenience than a patient. She was very rude, disrespectful and condescending right off the bat. I tried to discuss a few issues that were bothering me but she didn’t have the time and rushed me out of the office as quickly as she possibly could. One of the things I was reprimanded for was a prescription was filled for 30 days and the soonest I could be seen by a dr was 33 days out. Mountain View Pain Center and their Staff has been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful during my care and treatment. I’ve always felt welcomed and cared for during my time.
