If I could give negative stars, I would. I came to Mountain View in a tremendous amount of pain due cervical radiculopathy. I already had an MRI and needed to talk to a provider about the next steps to fixing my problem. I was able to get an appointment in less than a week. I met with a provider (a P.A., not an M.D.) who basically just asked me what I wanted to do for treatment as if I would have been there if I knew how to treat myself. I have been going to Mountain View Pain Center Highlands Ranch for a few years. The PT and chiropractic staff listen to my concerns, are very thorough, and provide several therapies that alleviate my symptoms.

This place is a scam and can’t help you if you have actual pain. Management is poor at customer service made me come back multiple times to bill insurance for a couple of prescriptions that made me sick. Payed multiple co pays and visits for them to tell me they can’t help me and that I need to see a real doctor. What a joke. I asked for a refund and place a complaint the manager said she would call me back never did I called again to place complaints and they told me a manager would Call me and nothing this place is a joke.

It has been a pretty stressful time for me dealing with visits and work. Bethany’s kindness and amazing customer service makes my time there less stressful. She always greeted me with a smile and kindly scheduled my appointments. She also very understanding and showered me with compassion every time. Thank you, Bethany. I appreciate YOU!
