If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’ve had an appointment scheduled with them for almost two weeks. They took my insurance on the initial call and said I was covered. I had to go to this location which was a 45 minute drive. I even called this morning to ask a couple questions and confirm my appointment. They said I was good to go. I get there (had to drive through a snow storm no less) and was told I’m not covered. They’ve known since my initial call I wasn’t covered but said I was. I guess everybody has unique experiences, but after reading some of the reviews, I can say mine are definitely different than the one star! Kim Walker has been tenacious at helping me uncover sources of pain. After trying nerve blocks in my low back with limited success, I decided to try my neck and have an amazing experience of an incredible decrease in pain today.
