Everything was great, but the PA had me do PT for a month and they put me with a provider that wasn’t in network. Now I owe $900 in PT charges

I been to the Mountain View pain center for awhile ,they continue to have great customer service at the front desk and staff every time I go in for my appointments. The office is always professional and organized with appointments and any combination if needed ,I highly recommend this place for your needs .
