One of the best pain clinics I've been to. Dr. May is always straightforward and to the point and does what she can to help her patients. The scheduling department is always extremely helpful when things come up to ensure I'm still able to get timely care.

Pros- great providers…Ben, Nate, Jayden and everyone do their best with my dumb back. Love Lisa and the always appropriately dressed *ahem* women (not “girls”) at the desk who make sure I get in consistently. Cons- corporate bs. Not the fault of this office I’m imagining. Can’t call the actual location. Have to go thru a remote call center. (Annoying) Some miscommunication with imaging referrals. Not a biggie. Double booking the providers- this sucks. I’m very pleased with the PT side of this organization, as well as the pain management side. I met with Ben yesterday, and for the first time in a year and a half, I feel hopeful that my pain can be greatly lessened. The questions he asked & the tests he ran were different from previous physical therapists. He homed right in on my issues, which had been only vague with other physical therapists.
