We've been going to Dr. Vandeberg at this location since we moved to the Springs 5 years ago. It's the best experience we've had with a pediatrician. The office staff is always great, they have good nurses and the doctor genuinely cares about his patients. He's even pulled some strings for us on occasion when we needed tests done for our child and couldn't get them scheduled ourselves.
Nothing like waiting 45min after you check in to be seen.
We see Dr. Vandeberg for both our kids, and we love seeing him. We’ve seen some of the other pediatricians as well and they’ve been great too. Overall very happy with this office, the only reason for four stars is our son accidentally doubled up on a vaccine due to some errors keeping medical records while they were transitioning to a new system. They’ve been good about double checking ever since
My wife and toddler were 1 minute late to the appointment this morning. This office decided to cancel the appointment because of that. When asked why, it was because they were 1 minute late. 1 MINUTE WITH A TODDLER. Shame on you guys and this practice. You of anyone should know how hard it is to get places on time with a toddler and being 1 minute late is a ridiculous reason to cancel the appointment.
