We were happy with this practice for the most part until recently. At my child’s wellness visit, I asked about an ongoing concern that has been addressed since birth and was charged an additional $105 because the provider “gave a treatment plan.” I found this surprising, especially since the question was addressed during his scheduled wellness visit. We love Dr. Vandeberg and Nurse Olga! They are so incredibly kind and considerate of both my children. They're easy to talk to and provide explanations/ medical advice in a way that's easy to understand and follow through on. Very appreciative of their care and compassion!

The lady at the front desk (Niccole?) was AMAZING!!! I had trouble pre-filling out the medical forms a few nights ago because one of my daughter's accounts wasn't linked with my account. Niccole took it upon herself to link the accounts yesterday when we was reviewing today's appointments and noticed that I only had the forms filled out for one of my daughters.
