Rudest front desk employee (Lace?) I’ve ever experienced. It’s absurd how she treats and speaks to people. Glad this office is closing. Myself and many others will be following Dr. Hurst.
My Doc is the best one I have ever had, however the staff of this place is incompetent. Come here at your own risk, be prepared for a circus. Update: Dr. Hurst left this practice and we received no update about this status. They also have the fun practice here of withholding medications to get you to make an appointment to come in. That's not the last thing they do, it's the first. They don't call you, or email you, just one day you go to do a refill and the pharmacy let's you know they have denied it, you call to find out w... read more
I have always been treated with respect and giving them best support I needed.
This office is closing, so I am not sure what good this review will do. But the care in this office has gone down hill in the last five years. The nurses and doctors do not listen to you or pay attention to your concerns and symptoms. It feels like they have an agenda to push drugs. They prescribed me a drug that was contraindicated to a condition I had at the time. I only learned about it from the pharmacist.
