Ms I have to say that I am sorely disappointed. This clinic was a real gem in Battle Ground until it was bought out by the Providence Group. It's no longer easy to get what you want/need and though I truly loved the care and compassion I received when I was there during the time that Dr Lee and Dr Simons were there, I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone at this time. A true loss for the community.
top of the line services...outstanding! I had never been to one of the urgent care facilities ever before but broke my wrist in a fall on a weekend. From start to finish the professionals in this facility were fantastic. No wait, everyone was friendly and very professional, explained all aspects of the procedures, and got me through the whole process very efficiently. One of the best medical experiences I have ever had. Simply outstanding. Thank you!
Best care ever Just got out of the hospital-the doctors at Mtn View found a heart problem that my regular doctor missed. I never can get into my regular doctor, but as soon as I walked in there, I was seen. They explained everything and actually listened to me. Later they called my wife to be sure I was ok. I used to go to Mayo Clinic in Arizona, and the care here was as complete and good as I ever got at the Mayo.
Best in the area Dr. Elizabeth Lee who co-founded this clinic used to be my general practioner at a previous clinic. I found her to be an excellent and very caring doctor. So I was elated to find her again when she opened up this clinic. The other physicians at this facility are top notch and I recommend it to anyone needing same day care.
Can't say enough good things.... I don't get why but it's getting harder and harder, it seems, to see my regular doc at my regular office.... BUT I must say-I think I am going to get it over it really quik! Went to this urgent care office because I couldn't wait a week to get in to the regular doc, and they had me in and out in no time. They ordered the tests I needed, got me set up with a prescription, and even called me up in just a day with lab results. Mountain View Medical Pllc is great! This Urgent Care is great! The doctors and nurses really care about you. When you call, a real person answers the phone - no phone tree. When you go in, they see you right away - no wait. If you get a study, they give you the results the same or next day. And when my regular doctor just blew off my symptoms, their doctors found my cancer. They are great!
Kudos...The best clinic I have ever been to I mean what can I say I have never had an experience like the one I did yesterday I took in my daughter and we had seen Dr. Lee and her staff. This was the only medical experience where we were seen as soon as we walked in the door. The Staff was very friendly and they explained everything as it was happening. Urgent Care I took my daughter here to get x-rays multiple times and the staff was very friendly and helpful and are always open when we need them. But always make sure you see another doctor if you have a serious problem because urgent care is only good for the first diagnosis.
