Its a hidden gem, safe, exceptionally maintained and great maintenance staff. Jorge and Lisa do an outstanding job of taking care of situations and making this an extremely safe and comfortable place to live.
Jorge and Lisa - thank you for the hospitality. Truly went above and beyond to make sure we were always comfortable and had the apartment in the best condition possible. When things went wrong someone was there within a day or two to resolve the issue. Thank you. We were sad to outgrow the space but happy for our first family apartment.
A big shout out to Jorge and Lisa. They were welcoming and the application process was not complicated. Since they are the property managers, it is very convenient to reach out to them at anytime and they will do everything to make things right. I see Jorge regularly and he is cleaning around the property.
The process is not complicated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very fast application process. George was very helpful and friendly yet very professional. Property is very clean.
The parking lot is very tight, making it difficult to find a spot after work. Rent increases by 8-10% at every renewal, which is why few tenants stay long-term. The only long-term residents are those who moved in when rent was much lower.
