The process is not complicated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very fast application process. George was very helpful and friendly yet very professional. Property is very clean.
The parking lot is very tight, making it difficult to find a spot after work. Rent increases by 8-10% at every renewal, which is why few tenants stay long-term. The only long-term residents are those who moved in when rent was much lower.
Overall, we had a great experience living here for 3 years and would highly recommend it. The entire property is a quiet, well-kept community where issues are addressed promptly. What truly sets this place apart is the management. When we first moved in, the property was in a management transition, and we had several issues. Jorge and Lisa. What do I say about them, The best people ever. They're some of the few people who are good at what they do, that is managing and taking care of their property. Lisa is always available to talk to on text and Jorge himself makes sure that we're taken care of. One time my car had a flat tire and it was 2 a.m. and Jorge saw me and came to make sure I had every tool. Whenever he sees me in my car or just going home, he would ask me if I need anything.
