RecommendedMountain View has a family feel that I love. They treat their tenants fairly and are very responsive with needed repairs. Abuse of power leveraged against students. Would look elsewhere.
I have been with MVM for 3.5 years now and have absolutely LOVED the team they have and the service they offer. These are real people who understand your situation, are quick and responsive with repairs and requests, and are extremely effective in their communication. Their properties are well-maintained, updated, and affordable. Above all, I've felt like a part of their big family, which is kind of weird to say about your leasers, but they treat you like family and I've really appreciated that. Yeah don’t pay attention to those first two 1-star reviews. These guys are literally the greatest. So responsive and helpful. Haven’t had a negative experience with them at all. They are so on top of things with keeping the apartments up to date and great places to live. You can tell they actually care about their tenants, not just collecting rent.
I don't know what happened with past people but MVM is awesome. They're one of the few managements that will allow you to only do a FW contract, they didn't make me pay a deposit up front at all, and negotiated my bill way down so it was way cheaper than normal! Also I got married and they allowed me to keep my stuff there during the honeymoon and extended my move out date without paying extra.
