The absolute worst dealership experience I have ever had in my 50 years. I would recommend making the drive to next town and avoid Mountain View Hyundai at all cost.

PART ONE/ We arrive on 3/14/22 at 7:45 am for our 8 am appointment, Brian V***** took us right in and go on with the appointment. We explained why we were there and let them do their thing. A short while later the gentleman came back and said this is what needs done and this is what is recommended. We looked over the list of services he showed us and he explained 1 service was included with another so the price next to that one wasn’t accurate. * IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD* I purchased my 2020 Elantra from Mtn View Hyundai, our sales representative was so fun and awesome! On August 14th we went down to Hyundai because they keep calling our phones non- stop and texting us wanting to buy our car back due to the chip shortage, saying they were paying over value for vehicles so they can certify pre own them. This has to be the worst car dealership in the United States. One would think a sales manager and an owner would treat their customers with respect. Unfortunately they are both rude and condescending. I tried to buy a new car for cash and was told I could take advantage of a Hyundai finance program that would save me money on the purchase and then could pay off the car at the end of the first month.
