Horrible service. I thought it would be better than going to the ER but I will never step foot in Ready redicare again
Had an aweful experience at this location. After a 20 minute lobby wait time. I saw two doctor's both maybe a max of three minutes each. The second doctor said he would get my prescription. 20 minutes later I walked out notifying the front desk, when the doctor came out he said he forgot we were there. Doctors should be held accountable for being inconsiderate of patients time.
They were very patient with my baby and ran all the needed tests necessary to send him out on a good note. The doctors and nurses knew what they were doing, and did a great job!
Don't waste your time especially if you're a cash pay patient. Go back after a week of treatment with increasing symptoms to be told what I was prescribed in the 1st place isn't good to treat a sinus infection. She says I have the flu and refuses to prescribe an antibiotic for my secondary sinus infection. Her exact words were "I'm prescribing tamiflu or nothing". Tamiflu is only effective in the 1st few days.
I was the first person in there this morning and got out about a little over an hour later. I was feeling miserable, and they kind of take their time with everything. The last thing I want to do is wait forever to leave. The nurse and doctor were fine however.
