During my visit to Anchorage, I got a stomach flu. I called VA Connect. And they suggested I go to Mountain View Health Services for treatment. But Mountain View Health Services didn’t bother updating their operating hours with VA Connect. Their office was closed. I discovered they were closed, after my Uber dropped me off. But to their credit, hours after I was seen by a different facility. Someone from Mountain View Health Services called to check on me . I cannot recommend Mountain View Health Services. I took my son to Mt. View Urgent Care several months ago for a knee injury. Dr. Van Ravenswaay figured it out right away with just one xray while it took almost 3 weeks and tons of xrays for two different orthopedic doctors to agree with Dr. Van Ravenswaay's (correct) diagnosis. I went myself a couple of weeks ago and he and his medical assistant figured out what was going on quickly and sent me straight to the ER where their diagnosis was confirmed.
