I took my son to Mt. View Urgent Care several months ago for a knee injury. Dr. Van Ravenswaay figured it out right away with just one xray while it took almost 3 weeks and tons of xrays for two different orthopedic doctors to agree with Dr. Van Ravenswaay's (correct) diagnosis. I went myself a couple of weeks ago and he and his medical assistant figured out what was going on quickly and sent me straight to the ER where their diagnosis was confirmed. I went in with an infected, discolored toe expecting the worst, and they had me back on my feet in no time. Great, affordable, professional service, and the staff was pleasant and fun
I spoke to someone on the phone who was rude and abrasive when all I wanted to do was be removed from the automatic emails. The Dr called me personally to make sure it was rectified and apologized on behalf of the behavior and corrected the issue I was having. He didn’t have to do that and shows he cares.
