Wife planned my 40th at the hotel. Our sitter cancelled last minute. She then called to find out cancellation policy while I looked for another sitter. The hotel then called and said they would be able to cancel the room but needed a verbal cancellation from her. I was able to find a sitter in the same time they called back and left a message stating they cancelled the room. She then immediately called them and was on hold for 15 min. In that time they gave OUR room that we didnt cancel away and have no other rooms like that... read more
We loved our stay from the concierge making friends with our girls upon check in to our servers while dining! Leidy Kah and Pina were so professional and accommodating! Our entire family had fun with winter sportS, farm animals, to the pool and movies our room was on the first floor and it was so quiet. The great part of that location is that our kids were able to go to the lounge, computers and game room with some independence. We hope to come back soon

The grounds are spectacular! We loved the relaxed atmosphere and top notch service. We enjoyed a delicious dinner with a beautiful view of the mountains. This is a charming historic property.
Gorgeous place! I’d love to see it in the summer!
