The male dental assistant dropped a dental tool on my forehead then gave me misleading advice as to after care of bleeding. His advice was to keep gauze in mouth for 15 minutes. Then to use gauze he gave me for additional 15 minutes. I left office at 1030.. it's now 1:07 and I'm still bleeding threw gauze I purchased at Walgreens. However the Dr. Was professional and proficient! Front office was friendly .. and punctual! Thank you
