Last week I had an appointment with Dr. Newell and was taken aback when I walked in (wearing a mask) and almost no one, including the front desk staff, was wearing a mask. I considered leaving, but decided that the evaluation for a possible detached retina (which can lead to blindness) took precedence. Dr. Berbos is by far one of the best doctors I have ever had. His personal care is amazing and he goes above and beyond. Incredibly patient and understanding to every question and concern. A down to earth caring doctor who puts your needs first. Will not let insurance get in the way and will always go the extra mile. I’m very lucky to be taken care by him and his staff
I am incredibly impressed with Dr. Berbos and the entire Clinic Staff at Mountain View Eyecare. Not only were they exceptional with my husbands injury a few years ago, but they have also been amazing throughout his recent eye surgery. The bedside manner and followup care is exceptional. If you are looking for an Eye Care provider I highly recommend Mountain View Eyecare!!
I was pleased with our care by the technicians and the doctor, however one of the seats in the lobby has a rough, slightly sharp spot on the cushion and when I mentioned it to a lady behind the desk my concern didn't go anywhere. The gal who took my paperwork seemed highly annoyed by my request for a trash can for my banana peel and by having to wait for me to dig my ID and medical cards out of my wallet.
Great service. Caring folks do their best to make one feel great.
