Overall experience was excellent
Dr. Rettig and his staff are so friendly and helpful! There was an issue with the frames I ordered not arriving - likely due to a shipping issue on the suppliers end, not Mountain View. They made it right by allowing me to come in and pick out a different frame and putting my lens in as I waited. I was even refunded the price difference of the frames. This was my first visit at Mountain Eye and I will continue going there and recommend Mountain View to my family and friends!
They always are very friendly, helpful, and run on time. They help you pick out new frames and can even take pictures of you wearing different frames to help you decide. I drive an hour to my appointments with them and it is well worth the trip.
