I have been searching for a doctor to help me get hard contacts for my Keratoconus for over 3 years. I came to Mountain View in hopes this would be the doctor. I met with Dr. Rettig and he explained everything and showed me everything that he was doing. He took the time to write a letter into my insurance company and do what he could to get them covered. They are very thorough and friendly.
They are all very nice. From the time of entering the building, they continued to communicate with me. First, they let me know that they would be with me shortly at check-in. Then, while I was sitting and waiting, another lady approached me, addressed me, and apologized for the delay explaining that my insurance was still being processed.
