RecommendedMountain View Dermatology clinic is an excellent clinic. Dr. Maddox, the nurses, and staff members have a great job in providing quality care. They care for their patients and have answered any questions I had thoroughly. I strongly recommend this clinic!

Lomaland Office staff were great and Dr. Vinson was courteous and after treating my son I went back to get my skin tags removed. Overall satisfied and would highly recommend.
The office staff is rude and have no clue how to handle patients who are upset from waiting for hours and when they are approached and the patient walks away they roll their eyes and talk bad about them. Dr.G was absolutely horrible to my great aunt. He was giving her numbing shots and she flinched from the pain and he got upset with her, and then he proceeded to kick me and my son out of the room because my son was taking while he was trying to stitch her up and listen to his Mozart music... I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This place is terrible. They worsened the condition that we originally went in there for and basically swore it wasn't their wrong doing. It seems they only wanted to make the situation worse to keep us coming back for our money. Seems that's all they truly care about. Not the patients or their problems. The office staff is horrible. The manager would rather fight with upset patients than resolve the issue. I beg you to reconsider coming to this place, there are other, better, more car... read more
My Mother had an appt on Feb 27. 2016. They waited till Feb. 23, to call and inform us they need a copy of her Medicare card. Mind you we had cancelled the 1st appt do this is over a 2 month span. They wanted the info over the phone, she is 92 and doesn't give her info over the phone. The girl on the phone said they didn't know she had Medicare, thought it was just Tricare for life. I don't work in a medical office but I know that Tricare only covers a certain percent. And every 92 year old person I know has Medicare or Medi... read more
Not the doctors, but their office manager could learn to have some tact when dealing with already upset patients... Who on earth acts like it is OUR privilege to be seen here?!! Instead of calming the situation she just further upset the whole situation!!!! I wouldn't avoid the doctors , just wish they had some better office staff.
