Make sure they take your insurance plan. They said they took mine and when I was done they said we take your insurance but not the plan you have. They had my info before I went in and could have told me, but didn't tell me until it was over. When I questioned it. I said you said you take my insurance and the women said well you didn't talk to me. I had to pay out of pocket.

Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, they didn't even have any magazines to read Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes, I trust them Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to
