It was a bank converted to a dentist office. The layout & acoustics are horrible for this type of business. You can see & hear most everything regarding other patients when not in the waiting area. Not real organized staff, constantly yelling back & forth, and walking into working rooms to get materials for other patients. A scheduled appt is never on time. 3x I experienced this. Very caring and professional dentist office. Dr. Whitcher and his staff will go out of their way to make you comfortable. Takes time to answer all your questions or concerns.
Very nice, professional, and courteous!! They worked magic for my daughter’s senior pictures!!! What normally takes weeks, they managed in three days!! Lovely place with lovely people!!

They conveniently waited until after my wife got routine work done to tell her that our insurance doesn’t cover all of it, which is what we assumed based on the type of coverage we carry. I feel that the right thing to do is explain everything up front so the patient still has the option to find another practice that may take all of our insurance. But no, they decided to wait until after, and now we will be stuck with an unexpected out-of-pocket bill. If you have an extra 20 minutes, drive to Dawsonville to find a dentist.

I have returned to this practice after over 10 years of being out-of-state. We had a terrible pediatric dentist experience and have transferred our kids over to Mountain View , too. My 2yo was nervous and not compliant this last visit. Dr. Witcher and staff offered to allow him to come visit another time to get more comfortable with the office. So thoughtful!
