Mountain View is one of those rare places where everyone (I have met anyway) seems to really care about their patients. The office runs like a well oiled machine, the staff is courteous to each other, appointments are scheduled with maximum convenience to you, treatment suggestions are sensitive (no over kill on what is recommended), finances are clearly stated and payment plans discussed, what more can I say? Dr. Westover made my day today! Last night my three-year-old son fell and hit his face on the tile and knocked a tooth out of place. I called Dr. Westover on his after hours cell phone last night and he was very kind and empathetic to my situation. After looking at a couple pictures that I sent him he advised I come in for an x-ray today. I was worried about paying out-of-pocket for my sons appointment as he was not in rolled in our dental insurance yet. Just took both of my girls for their 1st happy visit. I was very impressed with all the staff. They were all very professional and caring. They took their time, so the girls could get used to them and the equipment.
