Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! They were absolutely amazing. My kids love the dentist and she is very patient and kind to us all. I was seen in less than 15 minutes. They got me in in the next business day for a duel appointment. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern o... read more

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste
