I agree with other reviews. The owner/employees truly care about your experience from fitting you with the right bike to knowing your comfort level to helping you navigate the trails. Brian and Amy were top notch guides. They know the trails like the back of their hands and guided through any tricky parts. We had the BEST experience. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!
We went in to rent mountain bikes for a day on the trails. The staff was super helpful and kind, they set the bikes up perfectly and even recommended some trails in the Post Canyon system. 10/10 for sure, way to go Mountain View Cycles!
we went in looking at ebikes, the surfer dude talking employee was no help and couldn't care less about helping or could answer our questions about ebikes. We drove to Portland and purchased TWO. ebikes from Cyneregy a great place that allowed my wife to test ride one of the bikes. So much for shopping local.
These guys are professional. Traveling through Hood River they handled a warranty problem quickly and efficiently.
I bent my derailleur hanger on my Pivot Mach 6 while riding Post, thankfully they had a spare and fixed my bike up. Thanks for the quick fix (and socks!) and saving my 4 day riding trip!
I ordered an Intense Tracer today and Rafe was so much help. Thank you.
