I had my first hog processed by Mt View custom meats. Bought the hog from a local 4H kid in Cheney. So far I’ve eaten shoulder bacon, sausage and ham. It is the BEST tasting pork I have ever had. I’m in love!!!! YUM!!

Exceptional service, excellent product! They have processed a moose and more pigs than I can remember for me and every time the service has been exception and meat has been impeccable. We have tried Hams, Bacon, Smoked Porkchops, Breakfast Sausage, Cheddar beef Stix, Brats, Churizo and many other sausages in addition to the traditional cut and wrap. I always take my deer to MVCM. This year I ordered 15lbs of jerky and upon getting it back today have found it to be literally the best jerky I have ever had!!!!!!!! Highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We recently had 2 rams butchered. I have to say, the results were excellent. We had previously used another butcher in the valley and did’t like the cuts and thought maybe it was our sheep. MVCM listened to our concerns and the end results were fabulous. We will be taking more lambs to MVCM in the fall.
