This was my first visit and there was one lady working she was very nice, However our food was ineffably poor the bread on ALL three breakfast sandwiches was stale and mine specifically was hard as a rock. This place was very pricey and the food did not reflect that at all if you are thinking of coming here I would recommend going to another sit down restaurant because you could pay the same price if not less for far better quality.
This is a great little shop full of all the right stuff. We were passing through the area and stopped in while there was an arts festival going on. They were PACKED but the staff was so nice, everyone was so sweet. They were working so hard to make sure everyone got their orders quickly, despite being so busy. Plus, the coffee (and boba) was GREAT, and it was delivered with a smile. I will be definitely be back next time I am in Phoenix.
