I lived hear for almost 4 years. I liked living here a lot until owner was looking to sell Then sharp property managed it until property was sold horrible experience. New owner fixed the landscape and repaved the parking lot. But doesn't want to fix major problems with the inside the apartment due to no money. They raised the rent twice in 1 year! People with dogs do not pickup after there pets. Management saids they charge $50 if maintenance has to pickup poop. The kids at this complex are unsupervised from 3:30-5:55 they d... read more

New management since last Summer. They have made improvements and have a larger maintenance staff.

These guys awful! Quick to charge you a late fee and take forever to PROPERLY fix anything. They don't allow AC units in your front windows PLUS they charge you a $30 fee to get a plank of wood they painted to match the rest of the building. They allow drug addicts to not only live there but work for them servicing the rental units. And good luck getting any of your $500 deposit back. They kept all of mine AND tried saying I STILL owe them another $80 because they claimed that cleaning my apartment took 17 hours when we had ... read more
