Cannot say enough good things about this property! From how clean and taken care of the property is to how professional, friendly, and helpful the property manager, Nichole, is. Absolutely best apartments in the area!
I have not yet moved in to this apartment but the experience me and my partner have gotten from Nichole has been wonderful! She has been very patient and helpful in assigning us to a wait list, after set us up with a self tour, which was lovely by the way. And has helped us some bugs in our application. Nichole has gone out of her way to get us situated with everything we need and we are extremely grateful. Can’t wait to see the experience when we actually move in!
Nichole and the team are just GREAT! Any issues that may arise are resolved as quickly as possible with a notice they are working on it and when the job is done, a notice when complete. Nichole is very helpful if you have any questions and will get back to you as soon as she possibly can being the only one in the office. She is kind, friendly and easy to approach and talk to.
Nicole made the process of leasing the apartment easy and has been wonderful answering any questions I had!!
