Today we lost an amazing friend and dog. His name was Cole. He was a big boy in both size and heart. Dr Dani and Cassie came to our home to help Cole to his next journey. They have known Cole most of his life and have taken such great care of him. Thank you again for all the love you showed him. Dennis and Pam.
My pets have gone to Mountainview on and off for years. Im so disappointed by the interaction that I just had. My cat had a urinary infection last year in May, they prescribed him urinary food and informed me to prevent any further infections he would have to be on the food for the rest of his life. I’ve been buying it through Chewy and wasn’t able to update my payment method without calling them so I thought it would be the easiest and best thing for my cat to get his food immediately at Mountainview. We had to put our 12 year old dog Belle down today. Dr. Kelsey, Shelbi, and Grace are so compassionate and focused on pet care and family. This has been our veterinarian for a few years now, caring for our dogs. Excellent compassion, advice, and service.
Do not recommend for elderly animals AT ALL. I do appreciate how Molly was handled in treatment room, and they found she had a heart murmur. For that, I felt indebted and agreed to pricy X-ray when she seemed to have hurt her leg. The results had no effect on her treatment - just confirmation that nothing was broken or sprained and a view of her lungs. She was sedated on Valentine’s Day for the procedure and died 8 days later.
