Everyone was so friendly and helpful when I brought my corgi puppy in. I'm excited to continue working with them :)
Mountain View Animal Hospital is the best. I've been bringing Guinness since he was a pup and now Murphy, and everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful there. Special thanks to Dr. Jennifer Van Wagoner who is so patient and never seems hurried. She gives us all the time we need and answers my (mostly silly) questions as if they were the most important she has ever heard. That is appreciated and a mark of someone who truly cares. Thanks Mountain View and Doctor Jennifer.
Our regular vet was not in...we had to bring our aged Tucker in...was his time to go....they still were very compassionate and loving at such a very difficult time...they let us stay as long as we needed...When it is time for a new furbaby we'll be back for excellent pet care...
Dr Kanda is a great cat vet. Not all vets are knowledgeable with cats. If you have a cat you need to be coming to Dr Kanda.
Best veterinary office I have ever used. Dr. Kanda Hazelwood is the kindest and most compassionate vet I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I have also had the good fortune of coming across Dr. Jamie Rees. Dr. Kanda (as busy as she ALWAYS is) is always there for me and now my Gus. I love the front office staff too! Always attentive and helpful!
The turnover with their vets has left the feel at Mountain View very disorganized with no more follow up from the doctors like we used to receive. I did purchase the puppy package for my dog but can't even make an appointment because there is not enough front desk help to answer the phone. The first time I called I was put on hold so long it transferred me to their voice mail so I left a message and never got a call back.
